I have wonderful memories of summer times in southern California as a kid (well, at least 3 of them
). At least one of those summers we took swimming lessons at a local high school. And it became a tradition to stop by the ice cream truck waiting outside every afternoon as we left.
Ahh, the memories of drippy hair, half dry swim suits, smell of chlorine, sweltering heat, and a popsicle or Drumstick.
With those memories, I just had to share this post on how to make “frozen fudge” as she calls it, from one of my favorite food bloggers. It looks and sounds delicious! As I was reading it, I remembered that I have a whole set of Tupperware popsicle molds, leftover from the days when I used to be a Tupperware Dealer. I can make these!
I hope you can make some soon yourself!
